Working closely with finance, operations, commercial, and technical teams, the successful candidate will apply advanced analytics, reporting, and governance practices to support both operational and strategic objectives. There is scope over time to help shape and mature a dedicated analytics capability within the function.

- Provide analytical input into business cases, strategic planning, and policy development
- Establish and embed asset‑specific data governance standards, including definitions, data ownership, controls, and validation processes
- Work closely with Finance, Investment, Delivery, and Operations teams to align performance metrics and reporting
- Leverage BI tools and asset systems (e.g. Power BI, Fabric or equivalent) to enhance reporting and insight
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency in line with enterprise‑wide governance frameworks
- Translate complex analysis into clear insights and present findings to senior leadership and governance forums
- Promote a data-driven culture and support continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile:
- Relevant third‑level qualification in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting roles
- Experience working in asset‑heavy, infrastructure, housing, real estate, or regulated environments
- Strong capability in data visualisation and dashboard development (Power BI or similar)
- Proven experience in data modelling, forecasting, and analytical problem-solving
- Solid understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and reporting best practice
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally within scaling or complex organisations
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to public sector or regulated organisational environments
- Knowledge of residential asset management or property performance metrics
- Familiarity with asset management systems and data integration approaches
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and reporting in a public‑body or large enterprise context
Personal Attributes
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling data
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and solution‑focused mindset
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Strong collaborator who builds trusted relationships across teams
