Exciting Opportunity: Transaction Pricing Data Analyst – Hybrid/Sandyford

About the Role:
You will join our CS TOM Delivery pillar, which is responsible for delivering the Target Operating Model for Customer Services. This role involves:
  • Supporting the rollout of a new transaction-based pricing model.
  • Performing data analysis, MI reporting, and forecasting to inform service and cost outlooks.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to generate actionable insights.
  • Supporting User Access Management processes.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI experience is an advantage).
  • Previous experience in data analysis/reporting/business insights roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high attention to detail.
