Your new role

As a Customer Support Agent within the Customer Care Department, you will be a key operational contact for drivers, providing front-line support for all booking-related and administrative queries. You’ll work closely with your team to manage incoming enquiries, direct vehicles to preferred suppliers, and handle a variety of driver-related tasks. This position offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you’ll gain valuable experience in customer service, administration, and fleet operations. This is a fully onsite role and does not offer remote or hybrid working.

Your responsibilities
  • Efficiently process and log telephone and case enquiries.
  • Direct vehicles to preferred supplier networks for repairs and services.
  • Redirect queries to relevant internal teams as needed.
  • Process quotations and orders for new vehicles.
  • Handle driver-related tasks such as fuel cards, tax discs, and test drive arrangements.
  • Support complaint resolution and contribute to improving customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and general administrative duties.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and drivers by delivering high-quality service.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years' experience in a call centre environment is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A friendly, diplomatic, and professional manner.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable.
  • Experience in the motor or fleet industry is a plus but not required.
