Our client is a leading manufacturer based in East Cork with a long-standing reputation for quality and reliability. They are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

You will be part of a dedicated customer service team supporting European operations. This role involves order processing, liaising with logistics partners, and ensuring a first-class customer experience. You will work closely with supply chain, purchasing, and finance teams, using internal ERP systems to manage daily workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service role. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Other ERP and systems experience is an advantage). Language skills in French or German (preferred but not essential). You will be practical, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
