Customer Service Advisor – €36,000 to €40,000 DOE - Dublin 15

Your new company

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join a fast‑paced and supportive customer service team where you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent experience for customers across the healthcare sector. You will handle customer queries, process orders, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service.


Your responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Gather and evaluate all relevant information to manage enquiries and complaints.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Support the administration of quotations and resolve pricing or product queries.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers regarding delivery timelines and shipping details.
  • Assist Credit Control with pricing discrepancies where required.
  • Meet performance targets set by the Customer Service Manager.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practice.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial but not required.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
