Your new company
Your new company is in the finance industry. They are looking for you to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract. They are located in West Dublin and offer a hybrid working model.
Your new role
As customer service administrator, you will provide exceptional service and administrative support as part of a high-performing team. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, handling queries and providing resolutions in line with policy and procedures, in a call centre environment. You will maintain a customer portfolio across a variety of administrative duties and ensure mailboxes are kept within KPI’s.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, it is important that you have experience in a customer service role, handling a high volume of calls. You must have outstanding attention to detail with a strong customer service ethos. You must be able to demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and service levels. Strong numerical competence is important, as well as good working knowledge of MS Office with particular emphasis on Excel.
