Your new role
This role is on the Debt Recovery Agents Team within the Recoveries department. The role on this team specialises in debt collection and engagement with third-party providers. The agent will be working with branch accounts, credit cards and finance and leasing products, so the role gives good experience in managing different product types.

Your new role
This role is on the Debt Recovery Agents Team within the Recoveries department. The role on this team specialises in debt collection and engagement with third-party providers. The agent will be working with branch accounts, credit cards and finance and leasing products, so the role gives good experience in managing different product types.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous banking / office experience is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in any form of debt management/debt collection that would be favourable but not essential.
What you'll get in return
- The role involves engaging with borrowers in relation to their branch, credit card and finance and leasing debt. This engagement is via phone, email and letter correspondence.
- Engagement with third party providers within tight SLA’s
- Reviewing reports, monthly assurance testing, completing stock reconciliations
- Reviewing financial statements and supporting documentation to support customer’s setting up repayment plans and completing credit applications as required.
- Taking payments over the phone
- Completion of credit applications for approval
- Participating in Ad Hoc project work as required
- Supporting management on complaint and error queries
