Your new role
This role is on our Recoveries Deceased Team within our Recoveries department. The role on this team specialises in debt collection and engagement with Third party providers.

Minimum Qualification

• Atleast APA or QFA(Loans and Regulations)
• Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills)
• Previous experience engaging with customers over the telephone

Your Duties

• Role involves engaging with estates in relation to their branch accounts. This engagement is via phone, email and letter correspondence.
• Engagement with third party providers within tight SLA's
• Reviewing reports
• Reviewing financial statements and supporting documentation to support customer's setting up repayment plans and completing credit applications as required.
• Taking payments over the phone
• Completion of credit applications for approval
• Participating in Ad Hoc project work as required
• Supporting management on complaint and error queries
• Reviewing legacy legal cases
