The Irish operation is experiencing exciting growth following the launch of the DRS in February last year, and now seeks a part-time Customer Care Specialist to support its expanding team.
Your new role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support and resolving queries efficiently. You’ll coordinate with technicians and partners to ensure smooth onsite maintenance and repairs, investigate complaints, and escalate issues when needed. Your role will also involve remote machine setup, working with ERP systems, and contributing to service projects and business optimisation initiatives.
