Your new role

As a CSA Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing civil, structural, and architectural works on-site. You’ll coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and health and safety protocols are strictly followed. This is a site-based role requiring strong leadership and technical oversight.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in CSA supervision on large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural disciplines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage site activities and resolve issues proactively
• Relevant qualifications in construction or engineering
• Valid Safe Pass and other site certifications
