Your new employer is a well‑established engineering and project delivery consultancy specialising in the design, management and supervision of complex building projects for Irish and international clients. Operating primarily within the industrial sector, they support leading pharmaceutical companies with high‑quality engineering and project management expertise.

Role Details:
  • Location: Combination of site & office.
  • Salary Range: €70,000 to €90,000
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:15 pm, Friday 08:30 am – 16:00 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Undertake the roles and responsibilities of a Project Manager working from inception to completion of various projects working in highly regulated industrial/pharma facilities.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Lead or contribute to preparation of fee proposals and variations
  • Take ownership of project financial performance, including fee management, cost tracking, forecasting, and commercial risk mitigation.
  • Develop and manage client relationships with accountability for project profitability and repeat business.
  • Monitor project budgets, fee expenditure, and resource allocation.
  • Apply expertise in your own discipline (Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering) to inform design coordination, risk management, and technical decision-making.
  • Lead or contribute to preparation of fee proposals and variations
  • Deliver projects in accordance with their standard project management framework.

Qualifications:
Mandatory:
  • Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Accredited Professional Certification in Project Management from a professional body (e.g. PMI, IPM)
  • Min 7+ years post-qualification experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
  • Strong knowledge & experience of Irish statutory requirements and procedures
Desirable:
  • Chartered / Registered (RIAI / Engineers Ireland)
  • Experience in industrial / pharmaceutical environments

  • Excellent written and verbal English, with a strong ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
