CSA Manager - Mission Critical - Dublin West
Your new company
You will be joining a market-leading international main contractor with a proven track record in delivering complex, high-value mission-critical projects, particularly within the data centre and advanced technology sectors. With operations spanning across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe, this organisation has built a reputation for delivering hyperscale infrastructure for some of the world’s most recognisable tech and cloud providers.
The business is currently experiencing sustained growth due to an expanding pipeline of projects across Dublin and wider European locations. As a result, they are investing heavily in their teams, offering opportunities to work on cutting-edge builds that combine technical complexity with fast-track delivery schedules.
Their culture is centred around collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on health & safety, sustainability, and quality engineering. You will be joining a company that values its people, promotes from within, and provides the support and structure needed to build a long-term career within the mission-critical space.
Your new role
As CSA Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership position within the project delivery team, with full responsibility for the Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages on a large-scale data centre development. This role will see you working on a technically demanding, high-specification project where precision, coordination, and programme adherence are critical.
You will be involved from early-stage construction through to commissioning and final handover, ensuring that all CSA elements are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards expected within a live mission-critical environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery of CSA works including groundworks, concrete structures, steel frames, envelope (cladding/façade), and internal architectural finishes
- Collaborating closely with MEP, commissioning, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of building and services
- Managing and coordinating multiple subcontractors, driving performance in line with programme requirements
- Developing and maintaining short-term and long-term work plans to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Identifying potential risks or delays early and implementing practical, effective mitigation strategies
- Ensuring all works are executed in compliance with strict QA/QC processes and mission-critical standards
- Maintaining a strong presence on site, leading by example on health & safety practices and promoting a zero-incident culture
- Acting as a key interface between the site team, senior management, consultants, and client representatives
- Preparing regular reports on progress, productivity, and key challenges
- Supporting project close-out activities, including snagging, documentation, and handover processes
This role requires a proactive and solutions-driven professional who can operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, where coordination and attention to detail are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and experience within mission-critical construction environments.
You will have:
- A degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5–10+ years’ experience working in CSA-focused roles on large-scale construction projects
- Demonstrated experience working on mission-critical projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, semiconductor plants, or other high-spec builds
- A deep understanding of CSA packages, including reinforced concrete works, structural steel, façade systems, roofing, and high-end internal finishes
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and driving delivery on fast-track construction programmes with tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation, QA/QC processes, and commissioning requirements within complex builds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders
- A detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage competing priorities
In addition, it would be highly advantageous if you have:
- Previous experience working on hyperscale data centre projects
- Exposure to BIM coordination and digital construction tools
- Strong commercial awareness, including cost tracking and change management
- Experience working with Tier 1 or large international contractors
What you'll get in return
In return, you will have the opportunity to significantly advance your career within one of the most dynamic sectors in construction. This role offers both professional challenge and long-term progression within a high-performing organisation.
You can expect:
- A highly competitive salary aligned with your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package (including pension, bonus, and healthcare, where applicable)
- The opportunity to work on high-profile, technically complex data centre projects for global clients at the forefront of digital infrastructure
- Clear and structured career progression opportunities, with the potential to move into senior leadership or project management roles
- Exposure to best-in-class construction methodologies and cutting-edge technologies within the mission critical space
- A collaborative and supportive working environment where your input is valued and your development is prioritised
- The chance to be part of a business that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure across Europe
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious CSA professional looking to step into a leadership role or further establish themselves within the rapidly growing mission critical sector.
