Permanent credit control opportunity – Up to €45k – Flexible hybrid after probation – North Dublin

Your new role

As Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively chasing overdue invoices by phone, email and written correspondence.

  • Issuing customer statements and providing copy invoices when required.

  • Processing new account applications, conducting credit checks and recommending credit limits.

  • Monitoring customer credit risk and compliance with agreed credit terms.

  • Reconciling customer accounts and allocating payments accurately.

  • Managing customer billing queries and working with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

  • Preparing aged debtor reports, cash collection reports and cash flow projections.

  • Escalating overdue or problem accounts where appropriate.

  • Supporting colleagues across the finance team during periods of annual leave or absence.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you must have full working rights. This role will not offer visa sponsorship.
  • Previous experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritise workload effectively.

  • Good attention to detail with strong reconciliation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.

  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.


What you'll get in return

This role offers a salary of up to €45,000 DOE with excellent benefits including, but not limited to : discretionary bonus, pension up to 5%, life assurance.
