Your new company
This opportunity is with a well-established company based in North Kildare that has built a strong reputation within its industry. The company values a supportive culture and has a close-knit finance team that works collaboratively to achieve their goals. Due to increased workload, they are now seeking a reliable and proactive Credit Control Administrator on a 6-month temporary basis to help manage their accounts receivable and maintain healthy cash flow.
Your new role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the credit control process, making sure that overdue payments are followed up promptly and professionally. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer communications and ensuring that statements and aged debt reports are up-to-date. You’ll work closely with both the finance and sales teams to resolve queries and ensure payments are collected efficiently. This role is perfect for someone with prior credit control experience who is confident in managing customer interactions and working independently to meet deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in credit control or collections
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Immediate availability preferred
