Corporate Actions Analyst – French Market
Location: Dublin West (Ireland-based) Shift: Monday to Friday (Permanent)
Our client, a leading global financial services organization, is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to join their French Markets team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and interest in financial markets to develop deep expertise in corporate events across equities and other asset classes.
The Corporate Actions team plays a critical role in interpreting, enhancing, and delivering high-quality corporate events data to clients worldwide. You’ll work across a broad spectrum of equity-related corporate actions, including cash dividends, rights issues, spin-offs, divestitures, and shareholder meetings, while collaborating closely with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse, onboard, and maintain corporate actions data, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Build deep knowledge across the full lifecycle of corporate events and equity market actions.
  • Support the global client support function by resolving escalated and complex client queries.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate on innovative technology-driven solutions.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to contribute to product enhancements and strategic development.
  • Manage large, complex data-driven projects related to corporate events.
  • Take ownership of key deliverables, demonstrating accountability and proactive engagement.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interest in financial data, information management, and technology-driven product development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous project management experience is a strong advantage.
