Your new role

This is a newly created, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a leadership role within a well-established construction company. This company is seeking a Contracts/Project Manager to play a key role in their Construction Department and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll need to succeed

10+ years (minimum) Industry Experience
3rd level qualification in relevant field, site management, engineering or relevant trade qualification and experience.
Excellent reporting, analytical and computer skills.
IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD training should be provided.
Skilled in negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and design teams
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites
