Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, the company is expanding its leadership team and is now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects in the Cork region.

Your new role

• Overseeing multiple construction sites and project teams.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Leading client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Supporting tendering and procurement processes.
• Driving continuous improvement and best practices across projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction contracts, health & safety, and building regulations.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across Cork and surrounding areas.
