Contracts Manager - South County Dublin - Residential Project

Your new company

You will be joining a highly respected building contractor that has firmly established itself as a trusted delivery partner for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments across Ireland. With decades of proven experience, this contractor is known for its commitment to building long‑lasting client relationships, maintaining the highest standards of construction quality, and fostering a collaborative culture on every project.

The company continues to grow steadily and is now expanding its portfolio of residential developments in South County Dublin. You will become part of a professional organisation that invests in the latest construction technologies, promotes continuous improvement, and values the contributions of its people. Their reputation for delivering complex, multi‑unit schemes on programme and to exceptional standards has positioned them as a contractor of choice for leading developers nationwide.

Working with this team means joining a company that values transparency, teamwork, and professional development all while giving you the autonomy and support needed to thrive in a senior leadership role.

Your new role

As the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of several multi‑unit residential projects, ensuring each scheme is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.

Your duties will include:

  • Project Leadership: Managing all phases of construction from pre‑construction, procurement, subcontractor selection, mobilisation, site works, quality control, and final handover.
  • Programme & Cost Management: Monitoring project progress, ensuring key milestones are achieved, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective measures. You will also be responsible for maintaining strict budget oversight and ensuring commercial objectives are met.
  • Team Management: Leading and mentoring site managers, engineers, and support staff while promoting a positive, solutions‑focused site culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, statutory bodies, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordinated decision‑making.
  • Compliance & Safety: Upholding the highest standards of health & safety, environmental compliance, and company policy across each project.
  • Strategic Input: Contributing to buildability reviews, risk assessments, planning and procurement strategies, and resourcing plans that support successful long-term delivery.

This is a key leadership role where your expertise will have a direct impact on the successful delivery of high-profile residential developments across one of Dublin’s most active regions.
