Construction Administrator – Up to €40,000 DOE - Dublin 24

Your new company

Your new company is a well-established organisation specialising in civil engineering and utilities ducting.


Your new role

They are currently looking for a Construction Administrator to join their team. This role is a key support position within the company and will assist both their office and site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Your responsibilities
  • Providing administrative assistance to office staff, site managers, and project teams
  • Coordinating and maintaining documentation, records, and filing systems in line with company standards.
  • Supporting the implementation and upkeep of internal systems and administrative controls.
  • Liaising with site teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of required project information.
  • Assisting with general office duties and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a construction or engineering administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
