Your new company

As Compliance & Regulation Executive, you will join an educational, regulatory, and representative body for working professionals (legal) in Ireland within their regulation department. Your new office is in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 2-year FTC. You will have a hybrid work model, 3 days in the office.

Your new role

As Compliance & Regulation Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the regulation and oversight of solicitors and law firms, ensuring adherence to professional standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Head of Practice Regulation, your duties will include, but are not limited to, managing practising certificate and professional indemnity insurance renewals, supporting regulatory committees, maintaining statutory registers, handling complex regulatory queries, stakeholder management and contributing to regulatory projects and compliance initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Compliance & Regulation Executive, you will require recent relevant experience in a regulatory, compliance, legal, or professional services environment. Proven ability to manage administrative and procedural processes with accuracy and efficiency, along with excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines is essential. Demonstrated research, analytical, IT and stakeholder management skills are required.

Experience working with legal professional bodies, regulatory authorities, or ombudsman offices is desirable but not essential.
