Your new role
As a Compliance / Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Cork office with compliance, candidate administration and wider business support activities.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate candidate records, completing eligibility and ID checks, verifying professional qualifications and memberships, and ensuring compliance documentation is correctly completed and stored. You will also assist with internal and external audits, support the implementation of new procedures and legislation, track aftercare and references, and review training documentation. From a business support perspective, you will assist with timesheet and pay queries, support temp payments, contribute to reporting, and participate in data cleansing and ad‑hoc projects.
