Hybrid opportunity - Complaint Case Handler - Dublin/Limerick/Naas

Your new company
One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Complaint Case Handler to work for a busy professional located in Dublin, Naas and Limerick as it is a contract role.

Your new role
In this role, basically when things go wrong for our customers, they often let us know by way of a complaint. This allows the Bank to complete an investigation into the matters raised and endeavour to resolve the complaints of our customers. This position involves managing complaints from customers related to banking services, transactions, fees, or any other issues they may encounter. The goal is to investigate, resolve, and provide a fair outcome while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed
- Certifications: QFA or APA (Loans and regulations)

- Previous experience in a complaint handling or customer service role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Knowledge of Phone and Internet Banking systems and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create and analyse data for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
