Commercial Analyst - Dublin South

Your new company

A market leading facilities management company based in Dublin 14 is seeking to hire a strong Commercial Analyst on a permanent full-time basis. This role offers hybrid and flexible working following a probationary period, opportunities for growth and provides a salary of up to €55,000 DOE.

Your new role

You will oversee the analytical running of your dedicated contracts across Ireland, working closely with the wider commercial, finance and operations teams to deliver overall profitability for the business, client reporting, preparation of financial pricing models for month-end and year-end reporting, and business tool reporting. You will oversee and follow up on all weekly and monthly profitability figures associated with your designated client accounts. Providing management information for improved commercial decision-making that is accurate and insightful. You’ll roll out best practice commercial finance practices across specific accounts, category management and financial reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you’ll need to have experience in a similar finance role. Experience within the facilities management sector is advantageous. Working towards an accounting qualification such as CIMA or ACCA’s would be beneficial. You will have experience of commercial analytics, working knowledge of Navision and Excel modelling experience. You must be an excellent communicator as this role requires you to present your work to clients and the internal team.
