Your new role

As a Client Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing Tier 1 clients and ensuring the seamless delivery of Transfer Agency services. Reporting to the Client Services Team Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—liaising with operational teams, resolving client queries, and driving service enhancements. You’ll oversee daily deliverables, monthly reporting, incident management, and client-specific projects, while contributing to product development and regulatory compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within financial services or banking
• Operational knowledge of Transfer Agency functions (dealing, registration, settlements, etc.)
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex issues and deliver under pressure
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in project management and regulatory awareness is a plus.
