Junior Admin for a rolling contract with the Civil Service

Your new role
As a Grade 3 Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Assisting with fundraising and community engagement activities
  • Handling confidential information with discretion

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in administration or office support
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a charity or not-for-profit environment is desirable but not essential.
