You will be joining a well-established and reputable Civil Engineering company with a strong track record of delivering a large range of projects across Munster. Known for their commitment to excellence and safety, this company is currently expanding its team to support a new residential build project in the East Cork area.

Your new role

As Civils Supervisor, you will oversee all groundwork and civil engineering aspects of the house-build project. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. You’ll work closely with the site manager and project team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a similar civil supervisory role, ideally within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, foundations, and site infrastructure
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Valid Safe Pass and manual handling certificates
• Full driving licence and own transport preferred
