Civil Site Manager

Your new company

Civil Site Manager position with a leading multi-discipline contractor who specialise in transport infrastructure, structure steel & pipe fabrication, water and wastewater, power and ground engineering.

The Project:
We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join a major infrastructure project at Dublin Airport. This is a high‑profile, fast‑paced environment requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day civil construction activities on site
  • Manage direct labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials
  • Ensure all works are delivered to programme, specification, and quality standards
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including airside safety requirements
  • Liaise with site engineers, project managers, airport stakeholders and local authorities.
  • Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inspections
  • Interpret drawings and specifications and ensure works are built accordingly
  • Maintain accurate site records and progress reports

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Civil Foreman on large‑scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects
  • Strong background in groundwork, drainage, concrete, pavements and utilities
  • Experience working in live environments is highly advantageous (airports, ports, or similar)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
