Our client is a well‑established and growing property maintenance and construction company operating across North Dublin. They work on a variety of residential properties, delivering high‑quality maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services. Due to continued demand, they are now seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter / Joiner to join their team on a long‑term basis.

Your new role

• General carpentry and joinery repair and maintenance works
• Door hanging, skirting, architraves, flooring, and kitchen repairs
• Repairs to existing woodwork and fittings
• Small refurbishment and upgrade projects
• Working independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism on site

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Carpenter / Joiner (qualified or time‑served)
• Strong all‑round carpentry and joinery skills
• Experience in maintenance or residential work (advantageous)
• Ability to work on your own initiative and manage workloads
• Full driving licence preferred
• Own tools beneficial
