Your new role
As a Campaign Specialist, you will join a dynamic commercial team responsible for managing and developing relationships with multiple automotive brand partners. Reporting to the Brand & Planning Manager, you will play a key role in driving day-to-day campaign activities and contributing to strategic projects that shape the future of campaign management systems and processes.

Your responsibilities
  • Leading the setup, execution, monitoring, and analysis of campaigns across retail, fleet, digital, and aftersales channels.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines to deliver customer-centric campaigns.
  • Managing campaign costs and providing pricing examples for budgeting and advertising purposes.
  • Acting as the primary contact for resolving campaign-related issues across internal teams.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimisation of a new campaign management system, ensuring functionality and process efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with digital teams to align on end-to-end business requirements for campaign offers.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial services or a commercial environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence positive outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
