Call Centre Agent role in Swords

Your new role
A front‑line customer service position handling day‑to‑day banking queries by phone, starting 26 January, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:15 in Airside, Swords, on a 12‑month contract at €15.59 per hour.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills, customer service experience, fluent written and spoken English, the ability to build customer relationships, results‑driven mindset, teamwork capability, and solid computer skills.
