Role Overview
As a Call Center Agent, you will:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple channels
  • Handle a variety of queries including banking, card services, and online banking
  • Collaborate effectively within your team to meet KPIs and service standards
  • Take ownership of tasks and contribute to continuous process improvements
What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience (essential)
  • Strong communication and distinguishabilities skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment
  • Good computer proficiency and adaptability
What’s On Offer

  • Comprehensive 1‑month training programme
  • Supportive, inclusive workplace culture
  • €15.87 per hour, paid weekly
  • Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (37 hours per week)
  • 12‑month contract
  • 4–5‑week structured induction, including product training, systems onboarding, call evaluations, and accreditation
