This organisation delivers an extensive range of banking, financial, and related services. They are now seeking a Call Centre Agent to join their busy team based in Airside, Swords.
The successful candidate will commence employment on 2nd March.

Your new role

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
• Strong customer relationship skills, contributing positively to the overall customer experience
• Results‑driven approach, consistently meeting performance expectations
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Confident computer skills
