We are seeking a Business Software Developer to join a small, collaborative technology team delivering modern business applications.

Reporting to the Lead SharePoint Platform Developer, you will design, build, test, and maintain applications using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, the Power Platform, SPFx, and emerging Microsoft AI technologies. This role offers strong ownership, hands-on development, and exposure to a broad Microsoft-centric technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SPFx, and Microsoft 365, including AI capabilities.

• Migrate legacy solutions to modern cloud-based Microsoft architectures.

• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Support product assessments, integrations, and continuous improvement of development practices.

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing systems.
  
  Essential Experience

• 3+ years’ experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Strong understanding of data modelling, connectors, and Microsoft 365 integration.

• Experience delivering low-code / no-code business solutions.

• Solid knowledge of REST APIs and system integration.

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online.

• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Ability to work independently in a small, agile team environment.
  
  Desirable Experience
  

• SPFx development (TypeScript, React, Angular).

• Testing practices including unit testing, TDD, and automated testing (e.g. Playwright).

• Office Add-ins, PowerShell (PnP), Microsoft Graph, Teams development.

• Exposure to Azure services, Copilot Studio, and AI technologies.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
