A leading organisation in the transport and infrastructure sector is seeking a Business Performance Specialist to join its senior leadership support team in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to the ongoing success of a high-profile operation.

Your new role

As Business Performance Specialist, you will provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include diary and calendar management, coordinating meetings and stakeholder engagements, preparing high-quality reports and presentations, tracking actions and business initiatives, organising events, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation while managing multiple priorities in a professional and confidential manner.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience supporting senior stakeholders within a busy office, executive support, business support, project coordination, or office management environment. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience producing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, together with a proactive and solutions-focused approach, are required.
