We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting a high-impact Claims Business Support initiative focused on South America. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working hands-on with stakeholders and data.

Your new role

• Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements aligned with project objectives.
• Support the implementation of change initiatives and monitor progress.
• Analyse operational data using Excel and Power BI to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for technical teams.
• Collaborate with vendors, operations, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute directly to project delivery—this is not a strategic or purely analytical role.
• No UAT scripting or execution required.

What you'll need to succeed

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Claims or operational support environments.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end claims process.
• Proven ability to identify operational inefficiencies and support change delivery.
• Skilled in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
