One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Business Analyst to work within a busy branch located in Central Park/ Molesworth St, Dublin.

Your new role
We are seeking experienced Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of strategic initiatives within the Customer & Proposition Delivery Platform. The successful candidates will play a key role in shaping customer-centric solutions by driving the “Define and Design” phase of prioritized initiatives and collaborating across business and technology teams.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within customer experience or digital transformation domains.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in developing business cases and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and process design.
  • Experience working with technology teams and understanding of platform capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Initiatives in Scope:
  • Customer Journey Transformation:
    • Lead transformation efforts for key journeys such as Change of Address and Account Closure.
    • Conduct market scanning, stakeholder engagement, and future state design to support business case development.
  • CRM Technology Review:
    • Analyze the current CRM landscape to identify pain points and future requirements.
    • Conduct feasibility studies to support technology evolution.
  • Complaints & Errors TOM Evolution:
    • Support the redesign of the Target Operating Model for complaints and errors.
    • Explore efficiency improvements and the potential integration of AI technologies for complaint screening.
