Your new role

We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support transformation initiatives across multiple products. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, lead workshops, and help deliver Agile projects that improve operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and document business needs and user stories
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and analyse data
  • Support Agile delivery and track project progress

What you'll need to succeed

Requirements:
  • Experience in transformation or multi-product business analysis
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder skills
  • Agile methodology knowledge
Preferred:
Experience in customer-facing tech or financial services.
