Your new role

As Brand Management Specialist, you will join a dynamic team responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with six automotive brands. Reporting to the Brand & Planning Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for brand partners, contributing to both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive commercial success and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities
  • Support effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external brand partners.
  • Prepare performance updates and commercial insights for monthly brand meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Analyse market trends to identify commercial opportunities and develop initiatives that benefit both the business and its partners.
  • Assist in preparing budget forecasts and campaign costings for brand planning meetings.
  • Provide pricing inputs and advertising examples for campaign management.
  • Contribute to tactical projects and ad-hoc brand initiatives within the Business Development and Marketing department.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services or a commercial environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with the ability to present data clearly for decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • A strong customer and commercial focus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
