Branch Manager (Travel Agents) | Perm | East Cork

Your new company

Our client is seeking a Branch Manager for their branch in East Cork. This post is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small travel agency, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and managing a small team of agents.

Your new role

Reporting into the CEO, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the branch, develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Handle complex customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be customer-focused with an ability to work towards office sales targets. They will be part of a larger team with plenty of support and backup and will contribute to the continuing success of the company. Previous experience in a managerial role within the travel industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills; proficiency in travel booking systems.
