Your new role

• Greeting customers with a smile as they enter
• Handling payments, withdrawals, and lodgements at the cash desk
• Assisting customers with setting up and managing accounts
• Responding to calls, emails, and face-to-face questions
• Helping customers navigate IT systems and update account info
• Supporting colleagues and managing general admin tasks

• A strong team player attitude
• A keen interest in banking and financial services
