Your new role

  • Accurate data input using various software packages (Sage, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Processing and reconciling bank transactions
  • Setting up and authorizing payments
  • Raising and issuing sales invoices
  • Recording receipts and reconciling cash/credit card transactions
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Assisting with monthly and year-end account preparation
  • Supporting VAT returns and other compliance requirements
  • Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers regarding payment queries
  • Preparing basic financial reports for internal teams
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards
  • Assisting senior staff with ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to work independently while supporting a busy team. They should have strong administrative and bookkeeping skills, coupled with excellent numerical accuracy and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable, particularly with software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the music and entertainment industry will ensure success in this role.
