A leading and award-winning residential property management firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Block Property Manager to join its professional team. Known for managing premium, institutionally-owned residential developments, the company offers a structured, fast-paced, and supportive environment where property professionals can thrive.
Your New Role
As a Block Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of common areas within high-quality residential developments. This role is focused on strategic property and asset management, without the need to attend Board Meetings or AGMs. Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors, conducting site inspections, and liaising with tenancy managers and clients to ensure high standards of service delivery.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- At least 3 years of experience in block property management.
- A valid PSRA D Licence (essential).
- Strong understanding of the MUD Act and statutory property obligations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
