BIM Lead - CSA Background - Data Centre Projects

Your New Company
A leading data centre delivery partner based in Dublin, providing end-to-end turnkey solutions for clients across Europe.
They specialise in delivering comprehensive data centre projects, offering services from initial design through to full construction, covering civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, alongside commissioning.
The organisation has established itself as a trusted leader within the sector and remains the only dedicated data centre delivery partner operating across Europe.
They are currently delivering multiple large-scale turnkey data centre projects across seven European countries, representing a combined IT load of over 500 MW.
They are now seeking to appoint two BIM Team Leads to join their North Dublin project team, with both roles based fully on-site.

Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for BIM delivery across the project
  • Engage with the site team, subcontractors, and client to ensure standard BIM procedures are being followed
  • Manage the team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians to deliver on BIM requirements.
  • Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations
  • Provide support to junior BIM team members and site team
  • Contribute to research and development initiatives related to BIM technologies and new processes
  • Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines
  • Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan

Requirements
  • Previous Revit experience – MEP bias required
  • AutoCAD experience preferred
  • Navisworks experience desired
  • 8+ years’ experience working on multiple large projects
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
