Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of engineering professional consulting and support Services with offices across Ireland.

We are seeking a Bid Specialist to join their busy team in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have bid preparation experience, and a background in the engineering/ construction sector, while not essential, would be an advantage.

Your new role

Coordinating the delivery of high-quality bid submissions (PQQs / SAQs) to support the Bid and Project Managers, and the Bid team.
Researching, tracking and monitoring tender opportunities and managing tender portals as required.
Working with the wider team to ensure the adoption of the latest techniques and tools to deliver successful bids.

Development of organisation charts, CVs and case studies for bid submissions.

Create and update opportunity and bid records in the company CRM system as required. Create and manage SharePoint sites and MS Teams sites for bid activities.
Ensure compliance with procedures and the development and adoption of best practice.

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of Ireland’s Public Procurement bidding process.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering PQQs / SAQs.
Results-orientated, inspiring, hard-working, and flexible, who works well as part of any bid
team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate well at all
levels.
A flexible individual available to manage and deliver to time schedules driven by submission deadlines and client demands.
• Ability to maximise the use of tools such as Office365 and InDesign (optional).
• Experience using CRM within a bid environment (Microsoft would be an advantage).
• Degree level and equivalent professional qualifications (desirable).
