Your new company

Our client is a well‑respected building contractor based in Dublin, known for delivering high‑quality projects across the residential and commercial construction sectors. Due to continued activity on a busy site, they are seeking an experienced Banksman to support safe site operations and vehicle movements.

Your new role

  • Direct and guide plant, machinery, and delivery vehicles safely around the construction site
  • Assist in vehicle reversing, loading, and unloading activities
  • Maintain clear communication with machine operators and site management
  • Monitor pedestrian movement and ensure safe access routes
  • Support general site safety and follow all health & safety procedures
  • Carry out basic labouring or site support tasks when required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working as a Banksman / Traffic Marshal on construction sites
  • Valid Safe Pass (required)
  • Banksman/Signaller ticket (required)
  • Strong awareness of site safety and communication protocols
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work well with site teams
