Your new role will involve supporting the financial controller with implementing various month-end processes, reconciliations and controls. You’ll be performing month-end control procedures on key balance sheet items, including Work in Progress, Client Control and Outlay Control. You’ll take responsibility for the service company and UK company accounting ledgers, including monthly recharges to the legal firm. You will also be responsible for the management of the monthly end-to-end payroll processes in Ireland and the UK for 150+ staff using Micropay. Along with this, you will review balance sheet workings, general ledger postings, nominal coding, creditors and debtor’s ledger etc.

To be successful, you’ll need to have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar finance role. Experience within the legal or professional services sector is advantageous. An accounting qualification such as ATI or working towards ACCA’s would be beneficial. You will have experience processing payroll, strong knowledge of financial control processes and reconciliations and excellent communication skills.

You will be offered a salary based on your current experience of up to €58,000. You will get the opportunity to be part of an exciting team of ambitious finance professionals.
