Asset Servicing Analyst – Corporate Actions | €45k–€50k | 18-Month FTC | Dublin Hybrid

Your new company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected financial institution that’s expanding its operations in the Nordic markets. As part of a strategic client onboarding initiative, the company is building out two specialised teams — Custody and Lending — based in Dublin, Ireland. You’ll be joining a collaborative and high-performing environment where precision, accountability, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything they do. With a strong emphasis on operational excellence and client service, this is a chance to contribute to a growing area of the business while developing your expertise in asset servicing.

Your new role

As an Asset Servicing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and processing corporate action events, with a particular focus on voluntary corporate actions such as tenders, rights issues, and conversions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation, reviewing event communications, and facilitating timely postings. The role demands a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask across systems and workflows. You’ll be part of a team of 10, working closely with stakeholders and other departments to ensure operational integrity and client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the Dublin office, and includes a structured six-month ramp-up period to support your onboarding and success.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in corporate actions, especially voluntary events, is imperative.
  • Strong understanding of investment instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, Asset-Backed Securities)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Access is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail
  • Willingness to work 3 days a week in the office
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive salary
  • 18-month contract with a leading financial institution
  • Opportunity to work on a new client onboarding project
  • Exposure to Nordic markets and specialised teams
  • Supportive team environment with a structured 6-month ramp-up
  • Career-building experience in a high-impact operational role
