Your new role

Our client is seeking a digitally focused Architectural Visualiser / Construction Animator to join the design and construction team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about storytelling through 3D modelling, animation, and construction visualisation. You will play a key part in bringing architectural and engineering concepts to life, helping stakeholders visualise complex projects with clarity and impact. Whether you're a graduate or have up to 5+ years of experience, they are open to candidates who are eager to grow and upskill in this niche but rapidly evolving space. Training will be provided where needed, especially in advanced visualisation tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality 3D visualisations and animations of architectural and structural designs.
  • Develop immersive construction visualisation content using BIM models and animation tools.
  • Collaborate with design and site teams to understand construction methodologies and translate them into visual narratives.
  • Use software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or equivalent for advanced modelling and BIM authoring.
  • Produce rendered content using 3DS Max, V-Ray, Vantage, Unreal Engine, or Omniverse.
  • Edit and compile video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related tools.
  • Support project teams in visual communication for tenders, stakeholder presentations, and planning submissions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related design discipline.
  • Possess advanced modelling, visualisation and animation capabilities
  • Some site/construction experience or strong understanding of construction processes.
  • BIM proficiency, especially in model authoring and visualisation.
  • Familiarity with rendering and animation tools (3DS Max, Unreal Engine, etc.).
  • Experience working in the Irish or UK construction/design sectors.
