Hays has been retained to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist for our client, a building and design contractor who specialises in roofing and cladding projects. This client is rapidly expanding and seeking skilled design staff to continue growth.

Your new role

This role involves working within a design team to produce technical drawings/detailed designs related to roofing & cladding projects. Responsibilities include:

Deliver high-quality technical drawings.
Coordinate large-scale projects.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and BIM standards.
Attend meetings with project stakeholders.
Coordinate subcontractors on-site.

What you'll need to succeed

3–5 years' experience in technical design roles.
Good Revit skills; BIM project experience essential.
Good understanding of construction detailing & Irish building regulations.
Experience with CDEs (e.g. Procore, Viewpoint) is a plus.
Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
