Architectural Technologist – Kildare
(Full-time office-based role with on – site experience)

A dynamic and growing multidisciplinary architectural practice in Kildare. As a CIAT Chartered Practice, they are known for delivering high-quality architectural solutions across a range of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Their team is passionate about design, technical excellence, and client satisfaction. They are now seeking a motivated Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative and ambitious team.

Your new role

In this role, you will support the design and delivery of a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects, including new builds, renovations, and extensions.

Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting site surveys and assisting in developing client briefs.
Producing design drawings and preparing planning applications.
Supporting the preparation of construction detail packages.
Assisting with statutory consent applications (Planning, FSC, DAC, BC(A)R).
Participating in site inspections and reporting on construction progress.
Collaborating with senior team members and contributing to project coordination.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all project stages while working closely with experienced professionals.


What you'll need to succeed

A recognised qualification in Architectural Technology (within the Irish Market due to ongoing projects.)
At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite (Photoshop and Enscape or other 3D Visualisation software a plus).
A full clean driving licence and access to your own transport is required.
A proactive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
